| ANNOUNCING - THE OREGON COAST REAL ESTATE KNOWLEDGE CENTER, PRESENTED BY KNOW YOUR COAST REALTY LLC --------- In the past, we have selected outstanding projects as our “Project of the Month” and have featured them on our website. After more than four years of custom development and design production working closely with client Bruce Birt, we have decided to designate a special “Project of the Year”: The Oregon Coast Real Estate Knowledge Center TM presented by Know Your Coast Realty LLC. The scope of this large project, both in content and web development features, deserves special recognition. The Oregon Coast Real Estate Knowledge Center TM (OCKC) offers a new way to explore the Oregon Coast with 350 pages of unique web content featuring over 1,000 striking photo images. It is so much more than a real estate website! The end result is a website that is simple to use, yet visually stunning. Anyone who loves the Oregon Coast will be fascinated with the online Aerial Photo Tours that showcase our beautiful coast from Cape Meares to Heceta Head. Find your favorite beach or neighborhood with these Aerial Tours, or take a Wildlife Photo Tour or a Lighthouse Tour in the Photo Gallery section. Intriguing text content offers a vast amount of information about our coastal lifestyle and the points of interest available within our coastal communities. And, of course, one can learn all about Know Your Coast Realty LLC and its services or utilize the enhanced MLS Search features. The website project encompassed conceptual design and testing, programming and web page layout standards, image and textual content processing, search engine optimization programs and an e-mail-based communication system with the client for handling web development and change requests. In addition to the website, we designed a complete branding program around the OCKC, including an entire set of graphic design/media programs: logo designs, color and image standards, business collateral and print media advertisements, allowing the client to market its branding strategy even prior to web launch. Now that the website is “out in the world,” we are continuing to work with Bruce Birt to integrate additional OCKC brand marketing and press releases into Know Your Coast Realty LLC’s current print media and Internet Marketing Programs.
